I sometimes skip lunch, just because my lazy tushie does not want to get up and prepare lunch in the morning. If you are not a person who meal preps, here are 3 incredibly easy and quick vegan lunch wrap ideas to make in the mornings. I named my recipes very creatively! hee-hee

This was actually a bit too sweet for me, since I rather things to be sour, especially If it is not a dessert. LOL. But my sister seemed to love it. So, any one out there, who likes sweets in meal, this wrap is for you. If not, you can just leave the squash out and we’ll call it something else. Not that the name matters 🙂

Ingredients;
  • 1 leaf of Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Black Beans
  • 1/4 cup Squash
  • chopped 1/4 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Red Onion

This would be my every-day-go-to meal. Maybe it’s the cucumber that I love so much, or the chickpeas, or the lettuce. Besides, I forgot to put salt in this wrap, and no body even remembered that. Not because something else was salty, I’m guessing it was because of cucumber. I know, it actually needs more salt, but the fact is, nobody asked for extra salt. So, 10 out of 10 for this for from me. What do you think?

 

Ingredients;
  • 1/4 Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 leaf of Lettuce
  • 1 Radish
  • 1/4 Red Onion

The most creative name of the year goes to this wrap! This was the best wrap of the day according to my current audience LOL. It was the spices that gave it extra texture and got extra attention. But still, I’m happy that it turned out perfectly.

 

Ingredients;
  • 1/4 cup Black Beans
  • 1 leaf of Lettuce
  • Handful of Green Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 chopped White Onions
  • 1 Tomato
  • Paprika
  • Soy Sauce
  • Black Sesame Seeds
